At Midnight Grind Coffee Co., we’re committed to getting your coffee to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Our coffee is prepared and fulfilled in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8.00
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70.00 or more
Express Shipping: $15.00

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us at midnightgrindhq@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged orders, please include photos of the product and packaging when possible so we can review the situation.
